Great article Juliet! I appreciate you writing exactly what I was feeling on the topic.

And well done for highlighting the real harm that wellness diets cause. I've done my share of juice cleanses, thinking I was doing it for my health, to have a clear mind and give my organs a rest. WTF?!

Not surprisingly, I gained all of the weight I lost and then some.

Our bodies aren't meant to tolerate that level of restriction and deprivation.

From where I stand, the best thing we can do for our health is change how we listen and relate to our bodies. Not an easy or simple journey. And to your point, our journey is our business.
